What are your package options?
We offer three curated packages: Everyday Gathering (budget-friendly), Signature Spread (mid-tier), and Celebration Feast (premium). Each includes menu choices and optional add-ons.
What is the minimum order?
Minimum order is $150. Final price depends on your guest count and any add-ons or staffing.
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes — we offer delivery and optional on-site setup. Free delivery applies above the site’s delivery threshold; otherwise a delivery fee may apply.
How do I place an order?
Order online for pickup or delivery via the Online Ordering page, or use the Request a Quote form for custom events and staffing needs.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes — we can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free requests. Please list allergies or restrictions when ordering so we can make safe substitutions.
Do you offer tastings or private chef experiences?
Yes — private tastings and private-chef bookings are available by request. Tastings are recommended for weddings, large events, and custom menus.
How far in advance should I book?
For standard online orders, 48–72 hours’ notice is preferred. For larger events, weddings, or staffed services, please book 2–6 weeks in advance (more for peak dates).
What’s your cancellation & refund policy?
Cancellation terms vary by order type. For online orders cancel more than 48 hours before the event for a full refund. Custom and staffed events typically require a deposit and have different cancellation terms—see your quote or contract.
Do you provide staffing and rentals?
Yes — we offer on-site staffing and can coordinate rentals (platters, chafers, linens) through our vendor partners. Staffing and rental costs are quoted per event.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — Cando Catering is fully licensed and insured to operate across Atherton, Menlo Park and the Bay Area.
How do I request a custom menu or quote?
Use the Contact Us form on the site (date, guest count, event type, budget range), or email/call us directly for a custom proposal.
